They got back to me quickly and, yeah, they kept me in the loop the whole time. I didn’t really have to chase for updates, which I appreciated.

I ordered from alchemybikes.com last week, i wasn’t expecting it to show up that quickly. I’ve usually stuck with another bike brand for years, so I was a little hesitant to branch out, but the shipping email came through fast and the bike was at my door just a couple days later, packed up nicely.

No chasing anyone down, no weird delays, no second-guessing the order after the fact. I’m still kind of loyal to my old go-to, but I’ve got to give Alchemy credit here — the whole delivery experience was super easy and definitely better than I expected

My Alchemy bike arrived packed up really well, and everything looked clean with no scratches or loose bits. I expected the unboxing and setup to be a bit more stressful, but it was smooth right from the start.
I was a little nervous about putting it together, but most of the work was already done. I just had to install the bars, front wheel, seat, and double-check a few things. I took my time and still had it done in about 40 minutes.

I got my bike from Alchemy i’m thrilled with it. The price felt fair for what you’re getting, and the whole bike just feels smooth, solid, and well made. Nothing about it gave me that cheap or flimsy feeling, which was a big relief. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but for me, it felt totally worth it
